If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Products at any time. Payment must be made through the payment methods available on our Site. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price applicable at the time of your order.

Shipping policies will be outlined on our Site. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other unforeseen circumstances. Ownership and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery.
 

6. *Returns, Refunds and Exchanges*

We accept returns of unworn and unused Products within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@gripgripuk.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after receiving the returned Product. We are currently not accepting any exchanges.
