Shipping locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom & Internationally.
All orders are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information.
We offer the following shipping options:
*UK Standard Shipping*: [3-6 business days] FREE
*Rest of the World Shipping* - [5-12 business days] £8.50.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions and postal service delays.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
At gripgrip, your satisfaction is our top priority, but if you need to return your order for any reason, simply contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you. Please ensure that your return is made within 30 days of receiving your order and that the item is in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and must have all tags and original packaging attached.
gripgrip does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear or damage due to not following care instructions.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return Procedure

once your return has been approved, we'll email you on how to send the merchandise back. Shipping fees for the return will be your responsibility.
Please note that gripgrip can't be held liable for any items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from which gripgrip receives the return. You'll be notified by email when this transaction has taken place. please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Exchanges

Order Cancellation
Please notify us within 4 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests made after this 4-hour period will not be accepted.
